		<description>Haha, I was commenting on Law Enforcement too, Teacherman, but I agree, Law Enforcement already has a pretty hefty hand, in my opinion, and the government already seems to be gearing up for riots and the people they don&#039;t like - see H.R. 645 on thomas.loc.gov, it&#039;s a little creepy specifically sec. 2. b-4. But anyhow, there were a decent amount of provisions for Law Enforcement and such in the Stimulus Bill; you&#039;ve probably heard of this before, but http://www.stimuluswatch.org/project/by_program is a good place to look</description>
